1. Agreement to Terms

By using USApparelWholesale.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted policies.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Summary:

  • Orders over $250: free standard shipping (eligible destinations shown at checkout)
  • Orders under $250: standard shipping flat rate $10
  • Standard shipping estimate: 2-5 business days after shipment (processing time is separate)
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak season

4. Expedited Shipping

If available, expedited shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placement
  • Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, cancellation is not guaranteed
  • During peak periods, cancellations may not be possible after processing begins

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy. Summary:

  • RMA required
  • Returns may be accepted within 30 days (eligible items)
  • Return shipping is customer-paid unless the error is ours
  • Restocking fee up to 20% may apply
  • Refunds issued to original payment method after inspection

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, we are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery. Contact us and we will assist with available carrier steps.

Colors may vary due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

10. Pricing & Site Accuracy

We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. We may correct inaccuracies and cancel orders affected by pricing or availability errors. If payment has been captured, we will refund per our refund policy.
