Order Confirmation

Delivery
For orders over $99, we offer free shipping. However, taxes will be applied separately.
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. The charges will be displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method.


Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. However, once the order confirmation email is sent, cancellations are no longer possible. Due to high demand, during peak seasons, cancellations may not be processed once your order is confirmed.


Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case we will provide the label.
All returned items will be inspected, and once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.
