Standard Expedited Shipping Options
(Express and ASAP):
For same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 3 p.m. CST. Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST will ship the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
FREE-to-Ground:
Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days (Monday-Saturday).
Express:
For orders placed before 11 a.m. CST, delivery takes 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
ASAP:
For orders placed before 11 a.m. CST, delivery is the next business day (Monday-Friday), either in the morning or afternoon, depending on the destination.

Back Orders
We do our best to keep all items in stock, but occasionally an item may be on backorder. If this happens, we will notify you, and you can choose to wait for the item or proceed without it. Your credit card/merchant will not be charged until the item is shipped.

Checking Your Order Status
Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. If you don’t receive your package within 3-4 business days or the tracking link doesn’t work, please contact us for assistance.
