Handling Faulty Items Under Warranty
At US Apparel Wholesale, we are committed to meeting our customers’ needs. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you can submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request following our Returns and Exchange policy. Be sure to include your order number and purchase date in the request. Once we confirm that the product is eligible for return, a customer service representative will contact you via email to assist.
If the product is found to be faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will issue an RMA number and guide you through the return process. Please note that we will only replace items if the issue is due to a fault on the company’s side. In such cases, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
1. Return Approval (RA) Required:
Items cannot be returned without Return Approval (RA). Please contact our customer support to request return approval.
2. Original Packaging and Condition:
All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, exactly as they were received.
3. Repackaging Requirements:
Once an RMA is issued, you must repack the item in its original packaging or as it was when received. If the packaging is damaged or marked, up to a 30% restocking fee will apply.
4. RMA Number Display:
Ensure the return package displays the RMA number on the outside. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.
5. Customer Details:
Your full details, including your address and order number, must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Packages without this information will be discarded.
6. Inspection of Returned Items:
   After receiving the incorrect or faulty item, US Apparel Wholesale reserves the right to inspect the product. If the item is faulty, a replacement will be sent within approximately 7 business days. Â
7. Reporting Discrepancies:
Any discrepancies between your purchase order (PO) and the received items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the goods.
8. Return Shipping Costs:
   – If US Apparel Wholesale sends an incorrect or irrelevant item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Â
– If the customer is returning the product due to personal preference (e.g., they don’t like the product), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
9. Free Shipping Threshold:
To qualify for free shipping, your order must total more than $99. If you return an item and your merchandise total falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost originally credited to your order will be deducted from your refund.
10. Refund Processing Time:
Evaluation of returned items may take 5-8 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
11. Tracking Number for Returns:
If you are returning a product, make sure to share the tracking number for a smoother refund process.
12. Mill Ship Items:
Items marked as ‘Mill Ship’ can only be returned if they are defective. Returns or exchanges for these items will not be accepted unless the item is found to be defective upon receipt.
13. Closeout Items:
Closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Regular returns or exchanges are not permitted for closeout items.
