Billing and Shipping Address Policy  

Address Match Requirement:  

For all orders, your billing and shipping addresses must match. We can only ship to the address associated with your credit card billing information.  

Address Verification:  

We utilize an address verification system to confirm that your billing address matches the one on file with your card issuer. If the addresses do not match, your order will not be processed. If you encounter an error message stating, “The address provided does not match the cardholder’s billing address,” please consider using PayPal as an alternative payment method. Alternatively, contact your bank or card issuer to ensure your billing address is updated and available for verification. This process may take longer than using PayPal.  

Order Verification:  

If your billing and shipping addresses do not match, your order will be placed on hold for verification. You will receive an email requesting confirmation. Please respond promptly and contact our customer service team to complete the verification process.  

Additional Verification:  

In certain cases, even if you are in a country where we ship, we may request additional identification to verify the validity of your order. This step is taken to ensure your and our company’s security.

Exceptions:  

In some cases, we may be able to make an exception if you can provide one of the following:  

1. A scanned or readable faxed copy of the credit card you wish to use for the purchase.  

2. A scanned or readable faxed copy of your government-issued ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card.
