Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

1. Return Authorization Required (RMA)

All returns must be approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before items are sent back.

To request an RMA, email support and include:

• Order number
• Purchase date
• Item(s) to return
• Reason for return (photos encouraged for damaged/incorrect/defective items)

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused or delayed.

2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items (Our Error)

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item due to our error, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Reporting timeframe: Please report issues within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

If approved:

• We issue an RMA and return instructions
• We provide a prepaid return label (or reimburse return shipping where applicable)
• We inspect the returned item upon arrival

If confirmed as our error, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

3. General Returns (Non-Defective Items)

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to eligibility requirements.

Eligibility:

• RMA required
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and included components must be returned

Return shipping: For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
